Metro Community Church is recruiting teams of volunteers to help neighbors in Englewood clear out and clean up their homes.
Requirement: strong back and willingness to help!
You will be sent to Bergen Volunteers website where you can sign up.
There is no cost, and you'll be glad you did!
to sign up to pack meals at SESCIL (228 Grand Ave.) and/or to deliver
meals to Quarles or Greico schools in Englewood.

There are numerous ways you can volunteer with recovery from Hurricane Ida:
- Clear out/clean up homes
- Provide transportation to shopping
- Deliver meals to those displaced
- Mental health assessments & counseling
- Raking leaves this fall
- Send a financial contribution (click "DONATE" above)
For these tasks and more, we are working with our friends at Bergen Volunteers to direct volunteers to where their services are most needed.
Please note: We are not collecting "stuff." No one has time or personnel or storage for donated items. Please do not donate used clothing or other goods unless they have been specifically requested and unless you know where they will end up.
